The brazed plate heat exchanger is composed of a number of standard wear-resistant stainless steel plates and high-purity brass plates (or nickel plates) which are pressed into a herringbone corrugation, and then vacuum brazed. The grain direction of adjacent plates is opposite, and the corrugations and ridges intersect each other, forming a large number of contact welds, which are formed by vacuum brazing, thus forming a complex flow channel unit in the heat exchanger, allowing cold and hot fluid to flow . The whole equipment has no gasket and no outer frame, forming a compact plate heat exchanger, and has high heat transfer efficiency, and can withstand continuous high temperature (high temperature resistance of 250 degrees) and high pressure (high pressure 45bar) operation.
